Type 9
Essentially the same as the "Single Rail" box but with an extension for the fifth gear. These boxes can be interchanged with the standard single rail box but the drive shaft may need to be shortened by 30-50mm. A longer speedo cable may also be required (a 5-speed 2L Capri cable works for this in some cases). Mount positions should also be checked as the mount may be up to 50mm towards the back of the car.
